Job Requirements and Experience
The recruitment includes positions for both engineering professionals and skilled tradespeople. Requirements vary depending on the position.
Site Manager vacancies require an engineering degree along with Oil & Gas and GCC experience. Senior Site Manager candidates can apply with a relevant degree or diploma and suitable industry experience.
Junior Planning Engineers should have an engineering degree, while QC Engineer positions require an engineering degree with Oil & Gas and GCC experience.
QC Inspector positions are open to candidates with a degree or diploma and relevant Oil & Gas and GCC experience. Mechanical Inspector, HSE and rigging positions also require relevant qualifications and industry experience.
Pipe Fitter and Pipe Fabricator positions require significant GCC experience, with the vacancy details specifying 5+ years of GCC experience for Pipe Fitters. GRP/GRE Fitters and 6G GTAW welders should have relevant Oil & Gas and GCC experience.
Qatar & UAE Recruitment 2026 – HSE Requirements
Special requirements apply to the HSE positions.
For the HSE Manager role, candidates should have a NEBOSH Level 5 qualification issued at least five years previously.
For the HSE Officer position, candidates should have NEBOSH issued at least three years previously.
