Diploma / BE engineering with min 6- 8 years exp in Metal Stamping Industries
Experience: 6 to 10 years
Salary : MYR 3500 to 4000
Accommodation: Provided
Process Engineer – Job Responsibilities:
In charge of the first level of problem solving (lots, equipment drifts).
Ensures the day-today support, continuity of teams by communicating detailed instructions.
Ensures the analysis of the performance indicators using std (cost,return, quality, productivity).
Proposes & implements solutions after validation of the relevant authority.
Proposes, characterizes and implements process changes to improve performances.
Industrializes and optimizes new processes (techno, module, brought into disposal by R&D).
Qualifies existing processes on new equipment defined with the suppliers if necessary.
Qualifies new material (cost, robustness) with the suppliers if necessary.
Defines the procedures (operating mode, etc.) guarantees their in a Production environment
Defines and implements the control plan of equipment and lots.
Production Engineer (Press Tool / Metal Stamping Company)

Production Engineer – Job Responsibilities:
1.Manage the production team to ensure consistent output and
quality.
2.Work closely with Engineering, Die Maintenance, and Stamping
to ensure production runs smoothly according to plan.
3.Achieve set KPIs in accordance to Good Manufacturing Practice
standards, as well as, health and safety standards.
4.Study on overall production, process and operations to improve
the effective use of materials, equipment and other resources.
5. Identify and resolve process-related issues and make
recommendation for continuous improvement.
6.Compile data and generate technical reports for management
review.
7.Provide technical guidance, coaching and training to workers,
technicians and other production personnel.
8. Production Planning or Supervisor experience will be an added
advantage.
