QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS : 3-5 years of relevant work experience. Out of them at least 3 years rnust be in MIDREX based DR plant. • Good knowledge and understanding of plant, equiprnent and process in own area • Good knowledge and awareness of operating and safety procedures and standards • Problem solving skills • Basic computer skills • Ability to work as part of a team • Good English language skills — written and spoken
