Job Responsibilities and Eligibility Criteria

1. Plumbing Foreman

Salary: USD 800–900 per month

Qualifications: Diploma or degree with at least 3 years of construction site experience.

Required Experience and Skills:

• Experience in plumbing, heating, drinking water supply, and sewage system installation.
• Knowledge of controlling and supervising pipework installation.
• Experience in hydraulic testing of plumbing systems.

2. Electrical Installation Foreman

Salary: USD 800–900 per month

Qualifications: Diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering.

Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in electrical installation at construction sites.

Job Responsibilities:

• Organizing and supervising electrical installation work.
• Material planning and crew management.
• Quality control and compliance with electrical safety standards.

3. Ventilation and Air-Conditioning Foreman

Salary: USD 800–900 per month

Qualifications: Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering or HVAC.

Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervising HVAC installation and ductwork.
• Managing ventilation equipment and insulation work.
• Conducting quality inspections and coordinating electrical work.
• Performing testing, balancing, and commissioning.
• Preparing technical reports, as-built drawings, and work logs.

4. Plumber

Salary: USD 500–600 per month

Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in central heating, cold and hot water supply, sewage, or drainage systems.

Required Skills:

• Dismantling, repairing, and assembling steel and polymer pipes.
• Practical knowledge of plumbing installation and maintenance.

5. Industrial Electrician

Salary: USD 500–600 per month

Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience with electrical equipment.

Required Skills:

• Cable glanding, laying, and termination.
• Measuring insulation resistance.
• Installation of electrical distribution switchboards.
• Working with electrical panels and control systems.

6. Ventilation / HVAC Duct Installer

Salary: USD 500–600 per month

Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in ventilation installation, including working at heights.

Required Skills:

• Installing ventilation ducts, dampers, valves, and deflectors.
• Installing PVC, fiberglass, and metal-plastic ductwork.
• Fitting fans, heaters, supports, frames, and vibration isolators.

Age Limit and Language Requirements

Candidates must meet the following requirements:

• Age between 21 and 45 years.
• Relevant experience in the applied position.
• English language knowledge is mandatory.
• Technical qualifications and practical skills appropriate to the position.
