Vacancy Details
HVAC Technicians (Air Conditioning)
HVAC Technicians will be responsible for the installation, troubleshooting, repair, preventive maintenance, and corrective maintenance of various HVAC systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintenance of Central AC systems
- Split AC installation and servicing
- CRAC system maintenance
- Precision cooling unit maintenance
- Compressor replacement and repair
- Fan, valve, contactor, and control device maintenance
- Reading technical drawings and schematics
- Preparing material and spare parts lists
- Emergency maintenance activities
Qualification
- ITI or Technical Diploma in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Engineering preferred
Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HVAC operation and maintenance
- Experience in Saudi Aramco, Oil & Gas, industrial plants, or facilities maintenance projects preferred
HVAC Control Technician (Direct Digital Control – DDC)
HVAC Control Technicians will handle advanced building automation and control systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Installation and commissioning of HVAC control systems
- Troubleshooting DDC and BMS systems
- Calibration and repair of control systems
- Programming and downloading DDC software
- Diagnosing system faults
- Controller and instrumentation maintenance
- Reading control diagrams and schematics
- Preventive maintenance of HVAC control systems
Required Experience
Hands-on experience with:
- Honeywell Systems
- Siemens Systems
- Schneider Systems
- JCJ Control Systems
- DDC Controllers
- Building Management Systems (BMS)
Qualification
- Diploma in Instrumentation
- Electrical Engineering
- Electronics Engineering
- Related Technical Discipline
Experience
- Minimum 5 years of HVAC Controls and BMS experience
Safety Officers
Safety Officers will oversee workplace safety and compliance activities within maintenance operations.
Responsibilities
- Implementing safety procedures
- Conducting risk assessments
- Monitoring compliance with safety regulations
- Managing workplace safety programs
- Conducting safety inspections and audits
- Preparing safety reports and documentation
Qualification
- Degree or Diploma in Safety Engineering
- NEBOSH Certification Mandatory
Experience
- Minimum 5–10 years of experience
- GCC experience preferred
- Oil & Gas industry experience required
