These are long-term roles in high-volume production and premium patisserie outlets.
Key Positions Required:
- Bakery Chefs
- Cake Chefs / Cake Specialists
- Bakery & Pastry Production Manager
- Instructors (Training & Teaching Line Staff in Bakery & Pastry Preparation)
Eligibility & Requirements:
- Degree in Hotel Management / Culinary Arts (focus on Bakery & Pastry Production, Innovation & Modern Methods)
- Minimum 10+ years experience in large-scale operations:
- Central Kitchens
- Airline Catering
- Large Bakeries
- Pastry Production
- Strong expertise in bakery/pastry preparation, innovation, and staff training
- Valid passport and relevant certificates required
