Job Responsibilities
Depending on the position, selected candidates may be responsible for:
- Planning and scheduling maintenance activities using CAFM software.
- Managing facility maintenance operations.
- Supervising engineering and technical teams.
- Coordinating preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Managing recreation facilities and daily operations.
- Ensuring safety and quality standards are maintained.
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates should meet the following requirements:
Planner / Scheduler & Service / CAFM Operator
- Previous experience working with CAFM (Computer-Aided Facility Management) modules.
- Experience in maintenance and housekeeping operations.
- Candidates who have worked with companies such as JLL, Cushman & Wakefield, or similar organizations will be preferred.
Site Engineer
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the services industry or EPC projects.
Maintenance Manager
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering preferred.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in facility maintenance or services industry.
Recreation Room Supervisor
- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience.
Female Lifeguard
- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience.
