Job Requirements

Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline.
Experience
- Minimum 10 to 15 years of relevant industry experience.
- Strong background in infrastructure, residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects.
Technical Skills
- Experience managing multidisciplinary engineering and design activities.
- Knowledge of Structural, Architectural, Mechanical, ICT, Geotechnical, Hydraulic, BIM, and Quantity Surveying disciplines.
- Ability to review engineering calculations, technical reports, BIM models, BOQs, and project specifications.
- Familiarity with SBC, ACI, ISO, and other international engineering standards.
Leadership Skills
- Experience coordinating with clients, consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders.
- Strong project planning, BIM implementation, quality assurance, and project delivery capabilities.
