This groundbreaking project (NEOM Green Hydrogen Company – NGHC) integrates massive 2.2 GW solar and 1.6 GW wind renewable energy sources with advanced electrolysis technology. It produces up to 600 tonnes of green hydrogen daily (converted to green ammonia for global export), fully powered by renewables and aligned with Saudi Vision 2030.

Our client is urgently hiring qualified professionals for Solar Networks, Wind Power Plants, and Power Transmission operations & maintenance roles.

Senior Operation and Maintenance Technician – Instrument and Control (JRE/33307/2026)
Sr. Operation and Maintenance Technician Mechanical (JRE/33306/2026)
Sr. Operation and Maintenance Technician Electrical (JRE/33304/2026)
Electrical Supervisor (JRE/33303/2026)
Senior Operation and Maintenance Technician – Electrical (various)
Operation and Maintenance Supervisor – Power (JRE/33329/2026)
Senior Operation and Maintenance Technician – RO (JRE/33329/2026)
Operation and Maintenance Technician – PV (JRE/33312/2026)
And related roles in large-scale power, desalination, and renewable plant O&M.

Typical Requirements:

Diploma/Bachelor’s in Electrical, Mechanical, Instrumentation, or related engineering fields.
3–10+ years of hands-on experience in industrial/power plant O&M (preferably solar, wind, power transmission, HV/MV systems, electrolysis, or petrochemical).
Expertise in DCS/PLC systems, troubleshooting, HSE standards, predictive maintenance, VFDs, MV/LV switchgear, pumps, valves, and high-pressure systems.
Strong knowledge of electrical drawings, fault analysis, and teamwork in large utility-scale renewable/power environments.
