Job Responsibilities
| Position | Key Responsibilities |

| Plumbing Technician | Installation and maintenance of water supply systems, drainage systems, sanitary fixtures, pumps, and water heaters in villas and apartments. |
| Electrician | Installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of electrical wiring, lighting systems, DB panels, circuit breakers, and household appliances. |
| Landscaping Technician | Garden maintenance, irrigation system installation, tree trimming, planting, artificial grass installation, and landscape beautification. |
| Furniture Carpenter | Furniture assembly, kitchen cabinet installation, wardrobe fitting, wooden door maintenance, and carpentry works. |
| AC Technician | Installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of split, window, and central air-conditioning systems. |
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of Home Maintenance experience
- Trade Certificate is mandatory
- Good English communication skills
- Arabic speaking ability will be an added advantage
- Experience in residential villas and apartment maintenance preferred
Important: Candidates with only construction site experience will not be considered.
