Saudi Arabia job vacancies – Steel rebar rolling mill
A leading steel rebar rolling mill in Saudi Arabia is recruiting skilled and experienced Indian candidates for the following positions. Online client interviews will be conducted for shortlisted applicants.
Available job positions
1. Quality controller
- Experience: 5–8 years in steel rebar rolling mills.
- Responsibilities: Inspect billets, material test certificates (MTCs), chemical composition and finished products.
- Conduct bending, re-bending and chemical tests, and handle defects and corrective actions.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001, UK CARES and steel industry standards.
2. Rolling mill technician / mill fitter
- Experience: 5–10 years in steel rebar rolling mills.
- Responsibilities: Monitor rolling operations, identify product defects and perform pass changes, stand assembly and guide adjustments.
- Hands-on experience with three-high roughing mill stands is required.
3. Electrical technician
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in rolling mills or heavy industries.
- Qualification: Technical diploma in electrical engineering or equivalent.
- Responsibilities: Troubleshoot PLCs (Siemens/ABB), AC/DC motors, VFDs, electrical panels and industrial sensors.
- Knowledge of electrical drawings, maintenance and LOTO safety procedures.
4. CNC lathe machine operator
- Experience: 4–8 years machining rolling mill rolls in steel rebar rolling mills.
- Responsibilities: Operate CNC lathes for roll turning, re-cutting and finishing.
- Read engineering drawings and use precision measuring instruments.
- Mandatory hands-on experience with a Sparkonix notching and branding machine.
- CAD/CAM and AutoCAD knowledge preferred.
