Available Quantity Surveyor Positions
The company is currently hiring for the following roles:
1. Quantity Surveyor – Civil / Structural & Architectural
Responsible for cost estimation, contract management, and quantity take-offs in civil and structural construction projects.
2. Quantity Surveyor – E&I / Communication
Focus on electrical, instrumentation, and communication systems, including project costing and BOQ preparation.
3. Quantity Surveyor – Mechanical / Piping & HVAC
Handles mechanical systems, piping works, and HVAC project estimation and cost control.
Key Responsibilities
- Preparation of BOQ (Bill of Quantities) and MTO (Material Take-Off)
- Cost estimation and budgeting
- Contract administration and project documentation
- Coordination with engineering and project teams
- Ensuring compliance with project standards and specifications
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in EPC projects
- Preference for candidates with Saudi Aramco project experience
- Strong knowledge of:
- SAES standards
- BOQ preparation
- Cost estimation
- Contract administration
- Experience in:
- Mechanical, piping, and HVAC systems
- Electrical, instrumentation, and communication
- Civil, structural, and architectural works
