Nasser Overseas Consultants is recruiting experienced professionals for a leading food manufacturing company in Saudi Arabia. Vacancies are available in industrial maintenance, electrical engineering, refrigeration, quality control and bakery production.
Available Job Positions and Requirements
Electrical Engineer
- Minimum 5 years of industrial electrical maintenance experience, preferably in food manufacturing.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Knowledge of production machinery, motors, control panels, PLC troubleshooting and preventive maintenance.
Electro Mechanical Technician
- Minimum 3 years of industrial production machinery maintenance experience.
- Relevant technical diploma or trade certificate.
- Skills in electrical and mechanical troubleshooting, motors, gearboxes, bearings and conveyors.
Quality Controller
- Minimum 2 years of quality control experience in food manufacturing, preferably bakery or frozen food production.
- Diploma or degree in Food Science, Food Technology or a related field.
- Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, product inspection, hygiene monitoring and traceability.
HVAC Technician
- Minimum 3 years of HVAC installation, maintenance and troubleshooting experience.
- Relevant technical qualification.
- Experience with air-conditioning systems, ventilation, compressors and electrical controls.
Lead Maintenance Technician
- Minimum 5 years of industrial maintenance experience, including at least 2 years leading technicians.
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
- Experience in preventive maintenance, maintenance task allocation and spare-parts management.
Maintenance Supervisor
- Minimum 7 years of industrial maintenance experience, including at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
- Technical diploma or engineering degree.
- Experience in maintenance planning, team supervision, breakdown response and root-cause analysis.
- Food factory experience is strongly preferred.
Electrical Technician
- Minimum 3 years of industrial electrical maintenance experience.
- Electrical trade certificate or diploma.
- Skills in panel wiring, motors, contactors, relays, sensors and electrical testing.
Cold Storage Technician
- Minimum 3 years of experience maintaining industrial cold rooms and refrigeration systems.
- Refrigeration qualification.
- Knowledge of compressors, condensers, evaporators, defrost systems and temperature controls.
Freezer Technician
- Minimum 3 years of experience maintaining industrial freezing equipment, preferably in frozen food manufacturing.
- Refrigeration qualification.
- Experience with blast, spiral or tunnel freezers and low-temperature refrigeration systems.
Baker
- Minimum 3 years of commercial or industrial bakery production experience.
- Knowledge of ingredient weighing, dough mixing, fermentation, proofing and baking.
- Experience with croissants, laminated dough and frozen dough is preferred.
Assistant Baker
- Minimum 1 year of bakery production experience.
- Skills in ingredient preparation, weighing, mixing, shaping and tray preparation.
- Ability to follow recipes, production instructions and food hygiene standards.
