Al-Sofi Group is recruiting skilled workers for a leading contracting company in Saudi Arabia. Vacancies are available for pipe fabrication, welding, maintenance, driving and crane operation roles. Candidates with relevant trade experience and the required Aramco test qualifications can apply.
Available Positions and Salary

| Millwright Technician | SAR 1,500–1,700 + SAR 300 food allowance |
| Passenger Bus Driver | SAR 1,400 + SAR 300 food allowance |
| Heavy Driver | SAR 1,500 + SAR 300 food allowance |
| Crane Operator | SAR 1,600 + SAR 300 food allowance |
The salary figures are monthly. Additional salary of SAR 100 is available for the specified driving and crane operator positions after obtaining the required Saudi driving licence, subject to the conditions below.
Eligibility and Experience
Applicants must have relevant experience in their trade and meet the employer’s testing requirements.
- Pipe Fabricators and Pipe Fitters: Must pass the Aramco third-party test on the first attempt.
- TIG and SMAW Welders: Must pass both the third-party test and Aramco welding tests on the first attempt.
- Millwright Technicians: Must have a minimum Diploma qualification and basic English knowledge, and pass the Aramco third-party test on the first attempt.
- Passenger Bus Drivers: Applicants without a Saudi driving licence may apply. An additional SAR 100 will be added after obtaining the licence.
- Heavy Drivers: Saudi return drivers with a valid KSA driving licence are required. An additional SAR 100 will be added after obtaining the licence, as applicable.
- Crane Operators: Must pass the Aramco written and practical tests. An additional SAR 100 will be added after obtaining the required KSA licence.

Benefits and Working Hours
The company provides accommodation and transportation. Duty hours are eight hours per day. Overtime may be available depending on project activities and requirements. Candidates should confirm the overtime rate, food allowance terms, contract duration and other employment conditions during the selection process.
