Job Responsibilities Overview
Supervisors
Supervisors will be responsible for team handling, preventive and corrective maintenance planning, project coordination, and ensuring smooth operations within facility management sites.
Technicians
Technicians will perform hands-on maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, installation, testing, and servicing of electrical systems, HVAC units, chillers, panels, and fire alarm systems.
Candidates must have strong technical knowledge and the ability to work in commercial, residential, hospital, mall, or industrial maintenance projects.
Eligibility Criteria

- Degree / Diploma / ITI in relevant technical discipline
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in Facility Management or Building Maintenance projects
- Supervisory roles require minimum 5+ years of experience including team handling

- Gulf experience is an added advantage
- Good English communication skills
