Requirements
- Any Graduate qualification.
- Minimum 5 to 10 years of experience in Oil & Gas Construction Projects.
- Strong knowledge of workplace safety standards and regulations.
- Experience in hazard identification and risk assessment.
- Overseas experience mandatory.
Safety Supervisor
Requirements
- Any Graduate qualification.
- Minimum 5 to 10 years of experience in Oil & Gas Construction Projects.
- Experience supervising site safety activities.
- Knowledge of safety audits, toolbox talks, and incident prevention.
- Overseas experience mandatory.
Safety Manager
Requirements
- B.E. / B.Tech qualification.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in Oil & Gas Construction Projects.
- Proven leadership experience in managing large-scale HSE operations.
- Strong knowledge of international safety standards and compliance requirements.
Mandatory Requirement for Safety Manager
- ARAMCO approval as HSE Manager is mandatory.
Mandatory Qualifications
All applicants must possess:
NEBOSH IGC Certification
NEBOSH International General Certificate (IGC) is mandatory for all positions.
Overseas Experience
Candidates must have previous overseas project experience, preferably in the Gulf region or international Oil & Gas projects.
Job Responsibilities
Safety Officers
- Conduct safety inspections and site audits.
- Monitor workplace safety compliance.
- Investigate incidents and prepare reports.
- Support implementation of HSE procedures.
Safety Supervisors
- Supervise daily safety operations.
- Conduct toolbox talks and safety briefings.
- Ensure workers follow safety regulations.
- Coordinate with project management teams.
Safety Managers
- Lead project-wide HSE management systems.
- Develop and implement safety strategies.
- Conduct risk assessments and compliance reviews.
- Manage safety teams and reporting structures.
- Coordinate with clients and regulatory authorities.
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates should have:
- Relevant educational qualifications.
- NEBOSH IGC certification.
- Oil & Gas construction project experience.
- Strong understanding of HSE standards and procedures.
