Eligibility Criteria

Applicants should meet the following requirements:

• Minimum 10+ years of Gulf experience in the Oil & Gas industry.
• Experience working on large Oil & Gas projects valued at USD 300 million or above.
• Previous employment with companies having 5,000+ workforce strength.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Relevant Engineering Degree, Diploma, or equivalent qualification depending on the position.
• Valid passport and supporting educational and experience certificates.

Additional Requirements

Project Admin Manager

• Extensive HR and Administration experience.
• Experience with reputed EPC companies such as L&T, CCC, etc.
• Experience managing project sites with 6,000–10,000 personnel.
• Experience handling projects valued above USD 500 million.

Constructability Manager

• Previous experience as Project Director, Project Manager, or Construction Manager on large-scale EPC projects.
