- ITI/Diploma in Electronics/Electrical or 1-2 year certification in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration.
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in home appliance repair and electrical work.
- Strong knowledge of repair techniques, electrical tools, multi-meters, and diagnostic equipment.
- Valid driving license (mandatory for field service using company vehicles).
- Ability to perform repairs at customer homes or company workshops.
- Proficiency in using tools and maintaining safety standards.
