Job Responsibilities
Selected candidates should have experience in:
- Preparing Idli, Dosa, Vada, and other South Indian breakfast items.
- Making Sambar, Chutneys, and traditional South Indian dishes.
- Batter preparation and fermentation.
- Daily kitchen operations and food preparation.
- Maintaining kitchen hygiene and food safety standards.
- Ensuring consistent taste and quality of food.
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates should meet the following requirements:
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a South Indian Cook or Idli Dosa Maker.
- Expertise in preparing authentic South Indian breakfast and snacks.
- Knowledge of batter preparation and kitchen hygiene.
- Ability to work efficiently in a restaurant environment.
- Ready to join immediately.
