Responsibilities:

- Ensure smooth operation of rolling mill and plant equipment
- Coordinate maintenance and troubleshooting activities
- Maintain production and safety standards
Qualification:
- Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical preferred)
- Experience in steel plant or rolling mill operations preferred
2. Mill Production Fitters
Job Role:
- Perform maintenance and repair of mill machinery
- Handle preventive and breakdown maintenance
- Ensure smooth mechanical operation of production lines
Qualification:
- ITI in Fitter trade
- Prior experience in steel plant maintenance preferred
3. Main Pulpit Operators
Responsibilities:
- Operate control systems for rolling mill
- Monitor production parameters and quality output
- Adjust operational settings to maintain efficiency
Qualification:
- ITI or relevant technical background
- Experience in rolling mill operations preferred
Preferred Qualifications
- Diploma for Shift Engineer positions
- ITI qualification for Fitter and Operator roles
