Shella Consultants is hiring experienced professionals for a high-profile Turkey Oil & Gas Project. Client interviews will be held on 21st and 22nd July at Anuptech, R 421, Rabale, Navi Mumbai. This is a golden opportunity for candidates with Gulf experience in the oil and gas industry.

Gulf experience is mandatory for all positions. Selected candidates will work on critical piping and structural works in Turkey’s energy sector.
Open Positions
Piping Chargehand / Foreman Candidates must have strong supervisory experience in piping installation, fabrication, and team management on oil & gas or refinery projects.
Pipe Fabricator Skilled fabricators required for pipe cutting, fitting, and assembly as per project drawings and specifications.
Pipe Fitter (Isometric Drawing Knowledge Must) Experienced pipe fitters with mandatory knowledge of reading and interpreting isometric drawings. Role involves precise fitting and alignment of piping systems.
6G TIG & ARC Welder (CS) Certified 6G welders proficient in TIG and ARC welding on Carbon Steel (CS) materials. Candidates should have experience in high-pressure pipeline and equipment welding.
Structure Welder Qualified structure welders needed for welding structural steel components in industrial oil and gas setups.
Key Requirements
- Relevant experience in oil & gas, refinery, or petrochemical projects
- Gulf Experience Mandatory
- Valid certifications (especially for welders)
- Ability to work in challenging environments while maintaining safety standards
