UAE Abu Dhabi Jobs 2026: Oil and Gas EPC Project Recruitment
Shreenath Associates is inviting applications for experienced professionals for an Oil and Gas Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) project in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. The recruitment covers scaffolding supervision, quality inspection, insulation, fireproofing, planning, electrical and instrumentation engineering, and quantity surveying.
Candidates with relevant engineering qualifications, industrial construction experience and oil and gas project backgrounds can apply for the available positions.
Available Positions and Salaries
The following positions are available for the Abu Dhabi Oil and Gas EPC project.

1. Superintendent – Scaffolding
Monthly Salary: AED 8,000–10,000
Eligibility and Experience
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Scaffolding Supervisor or Inspector certification, such as CISRS, OSHA, SAIA or equivalent, preferred.
- Additional HSE certifications are an advantage.
- Minimum 10–15 years of industrial construction experience.
- At least five years in a superintendent or supervisory role.
- Experience in oil and gas, petrochemical, refinery, LNG or EPC projects.
- Experience with ADNOC, Aramco, QatarEnergy or similar major clients preferred.
- Knowledge of Tube and Fitting, Cuplock, Ringlock and System Scaffold.
- Understanding of scaffold design principles and load calculations.
2. Inspector – QA/QC Insulation / Fireproofing
Monthly Salary: AED 5,500–6,500
Eligibility and Experience
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Engineering or a related field.
- ISO 9001 Internal Auditor certification preferred.
- Five to eight years of QA/QC inspection experience in industrial insulation.
- Experience in oil and gas, petrochemical, refinery, LNG, offshore or EPC projects.
3. Inspector – Scaffolding
Monthly Salary: AED 5,500–6,500
Eligibility and Experience
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a relevant technical field.
- Five to eight years of scaffolding inspection or QA/QC experience.
- Three to five years of GCC oil and gas experience, including relevant project work.
- CISRS, TUV, PASMA or equivalent certification preferred.
- Knowledge of scaffolding systems and applicable standards.
4. Senior Engineer – Planning (E&I)
Monthly Salary: AED 12,000–15,000
Eligibility and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Instrumentation Engineering.
- Ten to fifteen years of oil and gas EPC construction experience.
- GCC experience required.
- Proficiency in Primavera P6, project tracking, reporting and cost control.
- Shutdown or turnaround experience is not required.
5. Surveyor – Quantity (E&I)
Monthly Salary: AED 8,000–9,000
Eligibility and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation, Quantity Surveying or a related field.
- Five to eight years of quantity surveying or cost-control experience, preferably in oil and gas, EPC, refinery, petrochemical or industrial projects.
- Skills in quantity take-off, BOQ preparation, measurement, valuation, cost estimation and progress measurement.
Salary and Employment Benefits
The monthly salaries listed for these positions range from AED 5,500 to AED 15,000.
- Scaffolding Superintendent: AED 8,000–10,000.
- QA/QC Insulation / Fireproofing Inspector: AED 5,500–6,500.
- Scaffolding Inspector: AED 5,500–6,500.
- Senior Planning Engineer (E&I): AED 12,000–15,000.
- Quantity Surveyor (E&I): AED 8,000–9,000.
