Electrician (ITI) – 15 Positions
Salary: AED 1,400 – 1,600
Candidates should possess ITI qualifications and experience in electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, installations, and preventive maintenance within commercial or residential facilities.
Plumber (ITI) – 15 Positions
Salary: AED 1,200 – 1,400
Applicants should have experience in plumbing maintenance, pipe installations, water supply systems, drainage systems, and repair works in facilities management projects.
Finishing Carpenter – 10 Positions
Salary: AED 1,200 – 1,400
Candidates must have experience in finishing carpentry, furniture installation, wooden fixtures, doors, cabinets, and interior finishing works.
Tile Mason – 10 Positions
Salary: AED 1,200 – 1,400
Applicants should have expertise in tile installation, flooring works, wall tiling, grouting, repairs, and finishing activities.
Wall Painter – 10 Positions
Salary: AED 1,200 – 1,400
Candidates should be experienced in surface preparation, wall painting, decorative finishes, touch-up work, and maintenance painting projects.
Eligibility Criteria
To be considered for these positions, candidates must meet the following requirements:
- ITI qualification preferred for technical trades.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the applied position.
- Experience in Maintenance or Facilities Management projects.
- Age between 22 and 40 years.
- No visible tattoos.
- Ability to work in a professional facilities management environment.
