1. Procurement Engineer – Fit-Out
Experience in procurement of interior fit-out and construction materials.
Expertise in supplier sourcing, quotation comparison, price negotiation, and purchase order management.
Knowledge of fit-out materials, vendor coordination, and project procurement.
2. Civil Supervisor / Foreman – Fit-Out
Experience in supervising civil and interior fit-out works.
Knowledge of flooring, tiling, gypsum partitions, ceilings, painting, and finishing works.
Ability to manage site manpower, coordinate with subcontractors, and maintain quality and safety standards.
3. Fit-Out Estimator
Experience in interior fit-out cost estimation and tender preparation.
Expertise in BOQ preparation, quantity take-offs, and cost analysis.
Ability to read architectural drawings and estimate material, labor, and project costs.
