- Responsible for managing production operations
- Overseeing material handling and storage processes
- Ensuring efficiency and quality in precast production
Supervisory Roles
Supervisor – Batching Plant Operations
- Experience in batching plant management
- Knowledge of concrete production processes
Supervisor – Maintenance (HEMM)
- Experience in heavy earth moving machinery maintenance
- Strong troubleshooting and technical skills
Supervisor – Production
- Experience in precast or construction production
- Ability to manage workforce and production schedules
Supervisor – Scaffolding
- Knowledge of scaffolding systems and safety standards
Supervisor – Civil (BBS)
- Experience in bar bending schedules and civil works
Supervisor – Erection
- Experience in erection of precast structures
- Ability to manage site execution
