- Superintendent – Insulation/Painting: AED 8,000–10,000
- Superintendent – Scaffolding: AED 8,000–10,000
- Supervisor – Painting: AED 5,500
- Foreman – Scaffolding/JR: AED 3,500
- Inspector – QA/QC Insulation: AED 5,500–6,500
- Inspector – Scaffolding: AED 5,500–6,500
- Foreman – Painting: AED 3,500
- Inspector – QA/QC Painting: AED 5,500–6,500
- Inspector – QA/QC Fireproofing: AED 5,500–6,500
- Surveyor – Quantity (Scaffolding): AED 6,500–7,000
- Supervisor – Fireproofing: AED 5,500
- Foreman – Fireproofing: AED 3,500
Eligibility Criteria
- Relevant engineering degree, diploma, ITI qualification, technical certificate or trade certificate, depending on the position.
- Approximately 5–15 years of relevant industrial experience, depending on the role.
- Experience in oil and gas, EPC, petrochemical, refinery, LNG, offshore or industrial construction projects, as applicable.
- Supervisory, inspection and scaffolding certifications are preferred or required for relevant positions.
