These vacancies are aimed at experienced professionals who have worked on major industrial construction and maintenance projects.
Experience & Qualification Requirements
Candidates applying for senior positions should have relevant academic qualifications and substantial industrial experience. A Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field is preferred for applicable positions.
The key requirements include:
- 15–20 years of relevant industrial construction experience preferred
- Minimum 8 years in a senior management role for applicable positions
- Strong experience in scaffolding systems
- Experience in industrial painting and protective coatings
- Knowledge of fireproofing activities
- Experience with major Oil & Gas clients
- Experience in ADNOC or ARAMCO projects is highly preferred
- CISRS Advanced Scaffolding or PMP certification can be an advantage
- Experience in Oil & Gas, petrochemical, refinery, LNG, offshore or EPC projects preferred
