Eligibility Criteria
Candidates should possess:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, HSE, Science, or a relevant discipline (depending on the position).
- Previous ADNOC/GCC EPCC project experience is mandatory or highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Oil & Gas EPC/EPCC project execution.
- Relevant years of experience:
- Project Manager & Construction Manager: 20+ years
- Engineering Manager: 16+ years
- Planning Positions: 10–20+ years
- HSE & QA/QC positions: Relevant senior-level experience.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
Additional Requirements
QA/QC Manager – Site
- ISO 9001 Lead Auditor Certification.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as a QA/QC Manager.
- Previous ADNOC/GCC EPCC project experience.
HSE Manager / HSE Engineer
- NEBOSH IGC.
- Lead Auditor ISO 45001 / ISO 14001 (or equivalent).
- Incident Investigation techniques.
Road Safety Coordinator
- UAE Driving License preferred.
- IVMS software knowledge.
- Additional HSE certifications will be an advantage.
