UAE Shutdown Jobs 2026 – HSE, Electrical and Safety Positions

Absolute Technical Systems LLP is inviting applications for multiple positions for an ADNOC shutdown project in the UAE. The project duration is expected to be 1–3 months, and locally available candidates are preferred.

Shortlisting is in progress for experienced professionals in HSE, electrical maintenance, environmental management, permit coordination and industrial safety.

Available Vacancies and Requirements

1. HSE Manager

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Occupational Health and Safety, with a NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent.

Experience: 10–15 years overall, including at least 5 years in a managerial HSE role.

2. HSE Officer

Qualification: Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Safety or a relevant discipline. NEBOSH IGC is preferred or required according to client requirements.

Experience: 3–5 years in industrial or oil and gas projects.

3. Environment Engineer

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science or a related discipline.

Experience: 5–5 years in industrial environmental management, as stated in the supplied details. Candidates should confirm the exact experience requirement with the agency.

4. Electrician

Qualification: ITI or Diploma in Electrical Engineering.

Experience: 3–5 years in industrial electrical installation and maintenance.

5. Permit Coordinator

Qualification: Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Safety or a relevant discipline.

Experience: 5–8 years in Permit-to-Work (PTW) coordination.

6. LOTO Coordinator

Qualification: Diploma or ITI in Electrical, Mechanical or Instrumentation, or an equivalent technical qualification.

Experience: 5–8 years in energy isolation and Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) systems.

7. SIMOPS Coordinator

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Engineering, Safety or a relevant discipline.

Experience: 8–10 years in oil and gas operations, including SIMOPS coordination.

8. Fire Watch / Equipment Watch

Qualification: High school or secondary education, with relevant fire-watch or safety training as required.

Experience: 1–3 years in industrial or oil and gas projects preferred.
