Job Requirements

Civil Supervisors

Diploma in Civil Engineering required
Experience in solar projects preferred
Knowledge of precast foundation installation, PCC, concreting, compaction, and excavation required

Mechanical Supervisors

Diploma in Mechanical Engineering required
Experience in large solar projects mandatory
Knowledge of tracker and module installation preferred

Electrical Supervisors

Diploma in Electrical Engineering required
Experience in LVDC cable installation, termination, string cabling, and MC4 termination preferred

Micro Piling Supervisors

Diploma in Civil or Mechanical Engineering required
Experience in piling, concreting, alignment, and finishing works preferred

Logistic Supervisors & Electrical Foreman

Experience in cabling, stringing, MV termination, earthing, and solar electrical team handling preferred

Assistant Surveyors

Experience in total station, GPS, auto level, and site measurements preferred

Electricians

Experience in LVDC cabling, inverter station works, MV cabling, auxiliary wiring, and earthing required

Mechanical Fitters

Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience required

Laser Operators

Surveying and alignment experience preferred
Solar project experience advantageous
