Eligibility Criteria :
- Minimum 3–8 years relevant experience in Maintenance Division (buildings, malls, hotels, hospitals)
- ITI / Diploma in HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing
- HVAC Tech: Chiller, AHU, FCU, package unit experience
- Electrician: LT panel, wiring, troubleshooting
- Plumber: CPVC, UPVC, drainage, sanitary fittings
- Good English communication
- ECNR passport
- Immediate joining advantage
