Trade Test Requirements (Mandatory)
Every candidate must successfully complete a mandatory trade test before selection.
Trade Test Protocol
Trade test is compulsory for all candidates.
The trade test must be personally witnessed by IPS personnel.
A video recording of the trade test must be prepared for every shortlisted candidate.
Video Submission Requirements
The trade test video must clearly show:
Candidate introduction (Name & Work Experience).
Practical demonstration of the trade.
Clear display of technical skills and workmanship.
