- Coordinator Operations
Manages and records daily catering needs of Third-Party clients through SAP; Monitors daily movement of food, disposables, cleaning materials & prepares report accordingly; Supervision & orientation of Catering Staff; Monitors quality of food, services and equipment provided; verifies health and safety compliances. - Head Gardener
Supervises a team of Gardeners and responsible in checking their work quality; Ensure that the soil is always of the right quality and in good condition; Responsible for the selection of flower seeds suited for the weather condition & choose the right fertilizers. - Tailor
Design/make tailored garments, applying knowledge of garment design, construction, styling, and fabrics; Alters garment and joins parts, using needle and thread or sewing machine, to form finished garment. - Head Housekeeper
Responsible for supervising Room boys, Gardeners, General cleaners at the Residential Complex; Ensure the overall cleaning standard of the property from, guest rooms, leisure facilities, public areas; Responsible for reporting maintenance issues and inspecting the rooms and preparing the feedback report to the management on day today basis.
