- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.

- Develop and implement production schedules, collaborate with Sales, Engineering, and Quality Control.
- Monitor costs, ensure compliance with safety regulations, and improve productivity (5+ years experience).

- Senior Supervisors
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Oversee daily production operations, ensuring efficient workflow and meeting targets.
- Supervise Operator Technicians, monitor processes, and implement improvements (5+ years experience).
- Salary Range: 2200-3000 Basic (1.5* hr rate overtime), 400-500 bonus.
- Operator Technicians
- Vocational/Technical Certificates or Experience.
- Operate machinery to fabricate ductwork components, perform routine maintenance, and monitor production.
- Follow safety protocols (1-3 years experience).
- Salary Range: 2000-2500 Basic (1.5* hr rate overtime), 250-400 bonus.
- Quality Controllers
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Inspect ductwork components, conduct audits, and ensure quality standards (2-5 years experience).

- Duct Fabrication Technicians
- ITI or vocational training with 0-5 years experience.
