Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for these positions, candidates must meet the following requirements:
- ITI/Diploma or relevant technical certification (depending on the role)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the Facility Management (FM) industry
- Strong technical knowledge in respective fields such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, or electronics
- Basic communication skills and ability to work in a team
For Maintenance Engineer roles, candidates with a degree or diploma and FM project experience will be preferred.
Salary and Benefits
The salary package varies depending on the job role and experience:
- Chiller Technician: 300 OMR
- Multiskilled Technician: 230 OMR
- Electrician: 180 OMR
- Electronics Technician: 150 OMR
- HVAC Technician: 200–220 OMR
- Mason: 150 OMR
- Plumber: 160 OMR
- VRF Technician: 220 OMR
- Maintenance Engineer: Negotiable
- Fire Alarm Technician: Negotiable
Work Details:
- Duty Hours: 10 hours per day
- Working Days: 6 days per week
