These are long-term positions in onshore/offshore oil & gas maintenance projects, offering attractive fixed salaries (8,000–13,000 QAR range, inclusive of HRA/FAT where mentioned), plus potential overtime, benefits, and stability in Qatar’s booming energy sector.

Minimum 7-8 years oil & gas maintenance experience required (degree/diploma holders; certifications mandatory where noted).

Superintendent (Welding): QAR 8,000 – 12,000 (Fixed, incl. HRA) Mandatory FCAW experience in offshore structure welding; knowledge of GTAW, SMAW, SAW in piping/structures.
Engineer (QC – Mechanical): QAR 8,000 – 11,000 (Incl. HRA) CSWIP 3.2 or AWS-SCWI certification mandatory.
QC Inspector (Welding): QAR 6,000 – 7,500 (Fixed + FAT) CSWIP 3.1/3.2 or AWS-CWI/SCWI required.
Dimension Controller: QAR 7,500 – 8,000 (Plus HRA)
Engineer (Piping): QAR 8,000 – 11,000 (Fixed + FAT)
Engineer (Rigging): QAR 8,000 – 13,000 (Incl. HRA)
Engineer (Welding): QAR 8,000 – 11,000 (Incl. HRA)
Inspector (Blasting & Painting): QAR 6,000 – 7,500 (Fixed + FAT)
Inspector (Scaffolding): QAR 5,000 – 6,500 (Fixed + FAT)
Material Controller: QAR 6,000 – 7,000 (Fixed + FAT)
Senior Engineering Coordinator: QAR 8,000 – 12,000 (Incl. HRA)
Superintendent (Piping): QAR 8,000 – 12,000 (Incl. HRA)
Supervisor (Welding): QAR 6,000 – 7,500 (Fixed + FAT)
