- 2-3 yrs hot kitchen exp, culinary diploma, leadership skills.
- Cold Kitchen Commis (Garde Manger)
- Prepare salads & cold starters, maintain cleanliness & food safety.
- 1-2 yrs exp, cold kitchen preferred, team player.
- Pastry Commis Chef
- Assist in desserts, breads & pastries, maintain pastry section.
- 1-2 yrs pastry exp, basic baking skills, passion for pastry.
