Eligibility Criteria
Candidates should meet the following requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Materials Engineering.
- Minimum 6 years of relevant industrial production experience.
- Experience in sandwich panel manufacturing, PU/PIR insulation panels, composite materials, roll forming, or metal processing industries will be preferred.
- Good knowledge of industrial production equipment and manufacturing processes.
- Ability to work safely in a production environment.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
Job Responsibilities
Decoiler Operator
- Operate and monitor the decoiler for continuous metal coil feeding.
- Monitor coil condition to reduce production downtime.
- Coordinate with production operators to maintain process stability.
- Ensure safe and efficient operation of the production line.
Chemical Equipment Operator
- Control PU/PIR chemical component supply according to production recipes.
- Monitor and analyze chemical mixtures to maintain quality standards.
- Operate chemical dosing equipment safely.
- Follow safety regulations and maintain production records.
Sandwich Panel Cutting Operator
- Set up and operate panel cutting or flying saw machines.
- Cut sandwich panels according to technical specifications.
- Inspect finished products and rectify defects.
- Maintain production and work records.
Salary & Benefits
