Warehouse Keeper

Job Responsibilities
The Warehouse Keeper will be responsible for:
Inventory Management
- Maintaining accurate inventory records.
- Monitoring stock levels and replenishment requirements.
- Conducting regular stock checks and audits.
Material Handling
- Receiving incoming materials and supplies.
- Verifying shipment quantities and quality.
- Coordinating dispatch and delivery activities.
Order Processing
- Managing order picking through warehouse systems.
- Preparing materials for dispatch.
- Ensuring timely fulfillment of warehouse requests.
Loading and Unloading Coordination
- Supervising loading and unloading operations.
- Ensuring proper storage procedures.
- Maintaining warehouse efficiency and organization.
Spare Parts and Supplier Coordination
- Handling spare parts inventory.
- Coordinating with suppliers and procurement teams.
- Tracking material availability and requirements.
Safety and Housekeeping
- Following workplace safety procedures.
- Maintaining cleanliness and warehouse organization.
- Ensuring compliance with company safety standards.
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates should meet the following requirements:
- High School qualification or equivalent.
- Minimum 2–3 years of warehouse experience.
- Experience in the food industry is mandatory.
- Basic computer skills.
- Knowledge of inventory management systems.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Awareness of workplace safety standards.
