Eligibility Criteria
Candidates should meet the following requirements:
Chiller Technicians
- ITI or Diploma qualification
- Experience in installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of chiller systems
- Knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance
VRF Maintenance Technicians
- Experience with VRF and VRV air conditioning systems
- Ability to diagnose faults and perform repairs
- Knowledge of refrigerant handling and HVAC controls
Multiskilled Technicians
- Experience in Electrical, Plumbing, and HVAC maintenance
- Ability to perform multiple maintenance tasks in commercial buildings
- Good troubleshooting skills
HVAC Technicians
- Experience in servicing air conditioning systems, AHUs, FCUs, and ventilation systems
- Knowledge of preventive maintenance and fault diagnosis
Electricians
- ITI or Diploma in Electrical
- Experience in electrical installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting
- Familiarity with building electrical systems
Plumbers
- Experience in plumbing installation and maintenance
- Knowledge of water supply, drainage, and sanitary systems
Furniture Carpenters
- Experience in furniture repair, installation, and maintenance
- Ability to work with different woodworking tools and materials
Painter cum Polishers
- Experience in painting, polishing, and surface finishing
- Knowledge of commercial and residential maintenance work
Experience Requirements
Applicants must have:
- ITI or Diploma qualification in a relevant trade
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the relevant discipline
- Mandatory Gulf experience
- Relevant technical and maintenance knowledge
- Valid experience certificates
