General Requirements
Candidates should meet the following requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management (Takamol certification required for some positions).
- Age 22–32 years for Waiter positions.
- 4–8 years of relevant experience for Chef positions.
- Gulf experience is mandatory for all Chef positions.
- Good English communication skills.
- Presentable appearance and professional attitude.
- Team player with a positive work ethic.
- Fine dining restaurant experience is preferred.
Chef Positions – Additional Requirements
- Gulf experience is mandatory.
- Food Allowance: 286 SAR (in addition to the standard allowance mentioned by the employer).
- Company-provided accommodation and transportation.
- Duty Hours: 9 Hours (as mentioned for chef positions).
- Weekly one day off.
- Two-year employment contract.
- Other benefits as per Saudi Labour Law.
