These positions are primarily intended for candidates with substantial experience in Oil & Gas, EPC, petrochemical, refinery, power and related industrial projects.


Available Vacancies and Requirements

Mechanical Supervisor

Candidates should have a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering and at least 8 years of Oil & Gas industry experience.

Welding Supervisor

A Diploma in Mechanical Engineering along with a minimum of 8 years of relevant Oil & Gas experience is required.

Electrical Supervisor

Applicants should have a Diploma in Electrical Engineering and 8–15 years of experience in electrical construction within Oil & Gas, refinery, petrochemical, power or industrial projects. Supervisory experience is also required.

Instrument Supervisor

Candidates should hold a Diploma in Instrument Engineering and have approximately 8–15 years of experience in Oil & Gas, refinery, petrochemical or industrial construction projects.

Experience with EPC, brownfield modification, shutdown and commissioning projects is preferred.

QC Supervisor

A Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with at least 8 years of Oil & Gas experience is required.

QC Inspector

Candidates should have a BTech or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with a minimum of 8 years of Oil & Gas experience.

Material Controller

Applicants should have a BTech or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering and at least 8 years of experience in material control for Oil & Gas projects. Experience in receiving, inspection, identification, storage and preservation is useful.

Quantity Surveyor – Mechanical

Candidates should hold a BTech or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with a minimum of 6 years of experience in quantity surveying or cost consulting within Oil & Gas, petrochemical and refinery projects.

Quantity Surveyor – Civil

A BTech or Diploma in Civil Engineering and at least 6 years of relevant experience in quantity surveying or cost consulting is required.


Salary and Benefits

The advertised salary packages are:

  • Mechanical/Welding/Electrical/Instrument Supervisor: KWD 300–350
  • QC Supervisor: KWD 350–450
  • QC Inspector: KWD 500–600
  • Material Controller: KWD 350–450
  • Mechanical Quantity Surveyor: KWD 450–500
  • Civil Quantity Surveyor: KWD 450–500
