Job Details, Responsibilities and Requirements
The selected candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing PCB boards used in industrial electronic equipment. The role requires strong technical knowledge and practical experience with component-level troubleshooting.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair various PCB boards used in industrial electronic equipment.
- Perform component-level repairs and replacements.
- Work with components including BGA, SMD, MOSFET and ICs.
- Conduct quality-control checks on repaired boards.
- Ensure repaired items meet required performance standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
- Handle electronic components and repair tools properly.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electronic faults efficiently.
- Carry out soldering, rework and testing activities as required.
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates applying for the Senior PCB Repair Specialist position should meet the following requirements:
- 5–10+ years of hands-on PCB repair experience.
- Experience working with complex multi-layer PCBs (L1–L4).
- Strong knowledge of BGA, SMD, MOSFET and IC repair.
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot electronic faults.
- Proficiency with PCB repair tools and techniques.
- Practical experience in soldering, rework and testing.
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
