Experience requirements vary by position, generally ranging from 3 to 10 years. Prior GCC/port experience is preferred for several positions.

- Valid passport
- Relevant professional or equipment operator licences where applicable
- Practical English knowledge
- Strong HSE compliance
- Relevant port, container terminal or cargo-handling experience
Available Positions
Operation Supervisor: 5–10 years of port/container terminal experience with strong knowledge of terminal procedures, productivity control and HSE.
Foreman: Minimum 5 years as a port foreman or team leader, with knowledge of lashing, unlashing, loading and unloading.
Terminal Planner: Minimum 5 years of container terminal planning experience, including terminal operating systems and planning software.
Equipment Controller: Minimum 5 years in terminal equipment control, including coordination of RTG, STS cranes, terminal tractors and reach stackers.
Terminal Clerk: 3–5 years of experience in documentation and terminal procedures, with computer and English skills.
STS/RTG Crane Operators: Minimum 5 years of relevant crane operating experience, with valid certification/licensing where required.
Equipment Operator: Minimum 5 years operating port-handling equipment such as forklifts, terminal tractors and reach stackers.
Reefer Technician: Minimum 5 years of reefer container maintenance experience, with electrical and refrigeration knowledge.
Skilled Docker: 3–5 years of port cargo-handling experience and the ability to perform heavy work and shift duties.
