UAE Jobs 2026: Urgent Hiring for Senior QA/QC Engineers, QC Engineers and Inspectors
Crystal Enterprises, an overseas manpower recruitment agency, is inviting applications for quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) professionals for ADNOC oil and gas projects in the United Arab Emirates (UAE). The recruitment drive includes vacancies for senior QA/QC engineers, QC engineers, welding inspectors and coating or painting inspectors.

Available Vacancies and Eligibility Criteria
1. Senior QA/QC Engineer
Vacancies: 5
Required qualifications and experience:
- BE in Mechanical Engineering.
- ASNT Level II certification in RT, UT, MT and PT.
- CSWIP 3.2 or AWS-CWI certification, or another acceptable equivalent.
- Minimum 15 years of total experience in oil and gas projects.
- Strong experience in welding, non-destructive testing (NDT), coating and painting.
- Strong supervisory, coordination and reporting skills.
Previous ADNOC project experience is preferred.
2. QC Engineer
Vacancies: 5
Required qualifications and experience:
- BE in Mechanical Engineering.
- CSWIP 3.1, AWS-CWI or another acceptable equivalent.
- Approximately 14 years of experience as a QC Engineer in oil and gas projects.
Previous ADNOC experience is preferred. Candidates should have a strong understanding of inspection procedures, quality documentation and project specifications.
3. Welding Inspector
Vacancies: 5
Required qualifications and experience:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the oil and gas industry.
- CSWIP 3.1, AWS-CWI or another acceptable equivalent.
Applicants should have relevant welding inspection experience and knowledge of welding procedures, inspection documentation and quality requirements. ADNOC experience is preferred.
4. Coating / Painting Inspector
Vacancies: 5
Required qualifications and experience:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the oil and gas industry.
- NACE Level I or II, CSWIP or BGAS Grade 1 or 2, or another acceptable equivalent.
Candidates should have relevant experience in coating and painting inspection, surface preparation and quality control. Previous ADNOC project experience is preferred.
