- Plumber: AED 1,500–2,000 + OT
- Electrician: AED 1,500–2,000 + OT
- VRF AC Technician: AED 1,500–2,000 + OT
- Ductman: AED 1,500–2,000 + OT
- MEP Supervisors: AED 3,500–4,500
- MEP Project Engineer: AED 6,000–8,000
