Minimum Selection Criteria
- 2–4 years of GCC maintenance experience is mandatory.
- Facilities management, hospitality or high-rise tower experience in the Gulf is preferred.
- Technicians and supervisors should have a Diploma or ITI qualification.
- Civil trades candidates should possess a trade test certificate.
- Basic spoken English and fluent Hindi are mandatory.
- Age limit: 21–43 years.
- Candidates with visible tattoos will not be considered.
