Jay Ambe Overseas Services is inviting applications from experienced professionals for a long-term Oil and Gas EPIC project involving a gas lift system in Qatar. The company is seeking qualified engineers, project managers, production specialists, QA/QC professionals, and HSE personnel for senior-level positions.
Available Vacancies and Eligibility Criteria
1. Project Director
- Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
- Experience: 20–25 years
- Required Expertise: Piping and tank experience, heavy equipment erection, rotating equipment, gas turbines, and compressor installations.
2. Lead Planning Engineer
- Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
- Experience: 15–17 years
- Required Expertise: Minimum 7–8 years of GCC experience, Primavera P6, and project planning for brownfield projects.
3. Production Manager
- Qualification: Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
- Experience: 20–25 years
- Required Expertise: Production and fabrication, piping, tanks, and structural steel.
4. Deputy Production Manager
- Qualification: Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
- Experience: 15–20 years
- Required Expertise: Production and fabrication activities involving piping, tanks, and structural steel.
5. Project Manager – Electrical
- Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering
- Experience: 18–20 years
- Required Expertise: GCC experience in E-House and packaged substation construction, electrical systems, HVAC, fire protection, and gas systems.
6. Construction Manager – Electrical
- Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering
- Experience: 15–18 years
- Required Expertise: GCC experience in E-House and packaged substation construction, electrical works, HVAC, fire protection, and gas systems.
7. Senior QA/QC Engineer
- Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Materials, or Metallurgical Engineering
- Experience: 15–17 years
- Required Expertise: Minimum 7–8 years of GCC experience, CSWIP 3.2.2, IWE or EWE certification, and IRCA ISO 9001:2015.
8. Welding Engineer
- Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Materials, or Metallurgical Engineering
- Experience: 15–17 years
- Required Expertise: Minimum 7–8 years of GCC experience, CSWIP 3.2.2, IWE or EWE certification, and IRCA ISO 9001:2015.
9. HSE Officer
- Qualification: Diploma or Degree
- Experience: 8–10 years
- Required Expertise: NEBOSH certification is mandatory. Candidates should have completed the certification on or before 2020, with at least five years of Oil and Gas experience in the GCC. Brownfield project experience involving equipment erection, rotating equipment, gas turbines, and compressor installations is required.
10. QC Inspector – Welding
- Qualification: Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
- Experience: 8–10 years
- Required Expertise: CSWIP 3.1 certification and 5–7 years of GCC experience in Oil and Gas inspection and reporting.
11. Manager – Plant and Machinery
- Qualification: Degree or Diploma in any relevant discipline
- Experience: 10–25 years
- Required Expertise: Relevant experience managing plant and machinery operations.
General Eligibility Requirements
Candidates should have the qualifications and professional experience required for their selected position. Applicants for senior engineering and management roles should have substantial experience in Oil and Gas, EPIC, construction, fabrication, or industrial projects.
GCC experience is mandatory for several positions, particularly those involving project planning, electrical construction, welding engineering, QA/QC, and HSE. Candidates should ensure that their technical certifications and experience documents are up to date.
