Amoza Overseas Recruitment is inviting applications from experienced candidates for a Senior PCB Repair Specialist position in Malaysia. The recruitment is for a leading engineering company looking for skilled professionals with extensive experience in industrial electronics repair, PCB troubleshooting and component-level repair.
Job Responsibilities
The selected candidates will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing and maintaining printed circuit boards and industrial electronic equipment. Applicants should have strong technical knowledge and practical experience in component-level repair.
Key responsibilities include:
- Diagnose and repair various PCB boards used in industrial electronic equipment.
- Perform component-level repairs and replacements, including BGA, SMD, MOSFET and IC components.
- Conduct quality control inspections to ensure repaired circuit boards meet the required performance standards.
- Identify electronic faults and troubleshoot complex PCB-related problems.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation and ensure proper handling of tools and electronic components.
- Perform testing and rework procedures to ensure the reliability of repaired boards.
Eligibility Criteria and Requirements
Candidates applying for the Senior PCB Repair Specialist vacancy in Malaysia should have a minimum of 5–10 years of hands-on experience in PCB repair and troubleshooting.
Applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Minimum 5–10+ years of practical PCB repair experience.
- Experience working with complex multi-layer PCBs, including L1 to L4 boards.
- Strong knowledge of BGA, SMD, MOSFET and IC repair.
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot electronic faults.
- Good knowledge of soldering, component replacement, rework and testing techniques.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a technical team.

Salary and Benefits
The company is offering a competitive salary package along with additional benefits for selected candidates.
- Monthly Salary: MYR 4,000
- Food Allowance: MYR 500 per month

- Working Hours: 9 hours per day
- Weekly Holiday: One day off
- Employment Type: Full-time
The total monthly package includes the basic salary and food allowance, subject to the employment terms confirmed by the employer.
