Pioneer Engineering Consultancy is recruiting experienced engineering and technical professionals for a leading multinational company in Oman. Multiple vacancies are available in electrical engineering, project management, HVAC, facility maintenance, building management systems and IT support.

Job Details and Requirements
1. Engineer (E&I) Projects
Candidates with a Degree or Diploma in Instrumentation or Electrical Engineering and at least 10 years of experience are required. Applicants should have experience in managing and supervising 400 kV substations and control systems, including installation, testing and commissioning.
Knowledge of GIS/AIS switchgear, transformers, circuit breakers, disconnectors, CTs, PTs, surge arresters, protection systems, SCADA, AC/DC auxiliary systems, earthing and lighting protection is required.
2. Senior Supervisor (E&I)
Applicants should have a Degree or Diploma in Instrumentation or Electrical Engineering with a minimum of 10 years of experience in managing and supervising 400 kV substations and control systems.
Candidates should have practical knowledge of installation, testing, pre-commissioning and commissioning activities involving GIS/AIS switchgear, transformers, circuit breakers, SCADA and related electrical systems.
3. Junior Engineer HVAC (FM)
Candidates with a Degree or Diploma and at least 4 years of experience in HVAC operations and maintenance can apply. Experience in handling air-cooled chillers and compressors is required.
4. Foreman – HVAC (FM)
A Diploma with 5 years of experience in HVAC maintenance within a facility management company is required. Candidates should have knowledge of HVAC maintenance activities and site supervision.
5. Foreman Electrical (FM)
Candidates must have a Diploma and at least 5 years of experience in electrical maintenance in a facility management company. Relevant technical knowledge and maintenance experience are essential.
6. HVAC Technician
ITI-qualified candidates with 5 years of experience in HVAC systems are required. Applicants should have experience working with chillers, package units, central split and DX systems.
7. BMS Technician
Candidates with an ITI qualification and 5 years of experience in building management systems can apply. The role requires experience in operating, monitoring, maintaining and troubleshooting BMS installations.
8. IT Support/Network Engineer
Candidates with a Degree or Diploma and at least 5 years of experience in technical support, IT infrastructure and network maintenance are required.
Applicants should have experience in providing first- and second-level IT support, troubleshooting hardware, software and network issues, installing and configuring computers and printers, and maintaining LAN/WAN networks, Wi-Fi, routers and firewalls.
